In case any delays arise due to factors or reasons that are beyond our reasonable control, then we reserve the right to revise delivery schedules, offer other solutions or even refund the money paid in advance.

Product Specifications and Application Suitability
We manufacture and supply various kinds of electrical wires and electrical products, including flexible electrical cables, multicore cable, CAT6 Cable, solar cable, panel wire, and twin flat cables, among others.
All technical information provided by us is only provided for informational purposes only.
As part of our process of improving our products, Radicab reserves the right to change the product design or construction, or specifications without prior notification.

Price, Taxes, and Payment Obligations
Whereas our quoted prices are exclusive of:
- GST (where applicable)
- Freight charges
- Insurance costs
- Loading or unloading expenses
- Custom duties or charges
- Other statutory charges
Payment should be made according to agreed commercial terms.
Where there is failure to pay on agreed terms, then:
- We reserve the right to charge interest based on the prevailing commercial rate
- Suspend future deliveries to you
- Cancel existing orders placed with us
- Take whatever action we deem necessary, including recovery procedures
Until payments have been fully received and cleared, all title in respect of any products we supply to you remains with Radicab.
In case of default, we reserve the right to seize and take back any product supplied to the extent permissible by law.
Delivery, Shipping and Risk Transfer
The delivery date provided by us is only an estimate and does not represent any guarantee on our part.
Delivery will be deemed accomplished when we deliver the products to:
- Transporters or freight carriers
- Freight forwarding or logistics agents
- Courier companies or our other delivery partners
Upon delivery, all risks related to the product delivered will pass to the customer, including:
- Damage
- Loss or theft
- Deterioration of the product
- Destruction or vandalism
It is your responsibility to provide all information regarding your delivery address and instructions.
We will not be held responsible for failure to meet our delivery deadlines due to information that we have received from you, which was either incomplete or inaccurate.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the risk of loss or damage during transit lies with the customer.
Guarantees, Returns and Claims
Radicab warrants all its products against manufacturing defects for the duration of the warranty as stated in the warranty documentation or official policy.
Our warranty does not cover any damages or defects caused by:
- Improper storage or transport
- Incorrect handling practices
- Faulty installation
- Installations that do not comply with relevant standards
- Improper use or abuse of the product
- Exceeding operating limits or specifications
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Alteration or tampering with the product
- Normal wear and tear
- Accident or negligence
- Disasters like fire, flood or lightning strikes
You are required to inspect products immediately after receiving deliveries.
A claim for:
- Shortage in quantity
- Damages incurred during transit
- Visible defects
- Inaccurate delivery
should be submitted to us within seven (7) days of receipt.
You cannot return products ordered from us without first seeking authorization from us.
Return without authorization might result in rejection and sending the product(s) to you at your expense.
For any warranty claims found to be genuine, we will only be obligated to:
- Repair
- Replace
- Refund
at our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
In no case shall our liability in respect of any transaction, product supplied, or contract be more than the invoice value of the goods sold or supplied to you.
Where you incur indirect losses or consequential losses, special damages or incidental damages like disruption to your projects or losses to profits, you cannot seek compensation from us in these instances.
Nothing contained in these Terms should be construed as limiting our liability in cases where this would be prohibited by law, like in cases of fraud or gross negligence.
You undertake to indemnify us and hold us harmless against all liabilities or claims that arise from:
- Improper usage of our products
- Incorrect installations of our products
- Improper modifications to products
- Illegal activities
- Applications of our products
- Any resale-related claims
Intellectual Property Rights
Our products and any other product offering are the intellectual property of Radicab alone.
This includes our company trademarks, logos, and brands, product names, packaging designs, catalogues, brochures and product specification sheets, website contents, photographs, marketing material and graphics.

Force Majeure
