Sales Coordinator (Electrical Wires & Cables)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations in the electrical wires and cables industry. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order processing, effective dealer/distributor coordination, and accurate sales MIS management. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of electrical products with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze sales MIS reports for management review
- Track sales performance and assist in achieving business targets
- Provide proactive follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper documentation and records of sales transactions
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of electrical wires, cables, and related products
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred)
- Prior experience in the electrical wires, cables, or electrical products sector is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with dealer/distributor networks and sales processes

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (CRM)
The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer interactions, ensuring timely resolution of queries, and delivering a seamless customer experience. This role will contribute towards strengthening client relationships, improving retention, and supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Ensure consistent engagement and high customer satisfaction
- Query Resolution & Support
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Ensure timely and effective resolution
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams
- Maintain smooth communication between internal teams and customers
- CRM Data Management
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Reporting & MIS
- Prepare MIS reports and track customer interactions
- Analyze feedback and suggest improvements
- Customer Retention & Engagement
- Support initiatives to improve customer retention
- Assist in engagement activities to enhance customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM / Customer Handling
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
